Free wellness program offered for families with school-aged children

The FIT Project is a free family lifestyle training program designed to help families with school-aged children (K-12) achieve their healthiest selves through a community-centered approach to wellness, fitness, and nutrition education.

The program provides tools, education and support for building sustainable health and wellness habits. With a self-led approach, families can choose the time and day that best fit their routines to engage with weekly education and activities.

Led by a team of certified experts – including a wellness coach, personal trainer, dietitian and physician, – the program offers a 12-week on-demand FIT Foundations course. This video course features age-appropriate activities, expert guidance, and ongoing access to comprehensive content designed to make wellness accessible and sustainable for all family members.

Registration for this free program is required. You will receive a welcome email shortly after registering. Visit providencebasecamp.org/fitfoundations to sign up.
