Join conversation about healthy lifestyle behaviors on June 3

Join Healthy Conversations, a virtual broadcast hosted by the Providence Health Institute and Providence Basecamp, at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3.

Guest speaker Dr. Kirsten Crowley, a pediatrician with the Providence Medical Group, will offer her expertise on the benefits of exposing children to healthy lifestyle behaviors and how this increases the likelihood of them continuing those behaviors into adulthood.

We will discuss key areas of focus for a well-balanced approach to social development, well-being, daily activity needs, and nutrition choices. Invite your family and friends. A Q&A session will be offered toward the end of the conversation.

Healthy Conversations is a quarterly broadcast that offers a unique yet ever-important conversation around modeling healthy behaviors within the home. When the whole family is included in the healthy lifestyle choices, the entire home benefits.

Note the Bridge Cafe’s summer hours

The Bridge Cafe will have summer hours starting this week. We will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday, however we will be closed today (Monday, May 5). We will offer a patio special every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
