Serve the Newberg community at Saturday Service

Spiritual Life is excited to announce that Saturday Service is now up and running for the spring semester! Join us for a weekly opportunity to serve our community through Habitat for Humanity, The Wood Ministry, and ARK Pet Rescue.

This service event runs every Saturday through April 26. Volunteers can earn one SpiL credit per service.

Sign up to volunteer through these links:

  • Habitat for Humanity Newberg: Help out with inventory and registration at the ReStore or help build houses at the construction site.
  • The Wood Ministry of Newberg: Help split, stack and deliver wood alongside veterans and other volunteers serving to keep homes warm for the winter.
  • Ark Pet Rescue: Come make a “pawsitive” impact with ARK Pet Rescue by cleaning litter boxes, sweeping and mopping, washing dishes, feeding the animals, tidying the guinea pig area, washing carriers, and assisting with other small tasks.
