Interested in living and serving overseas? Attend GoCorps meeting today in EHS 102
Sooner than you think, you’ll be looking for the “what’s next” after George Fox. Perhaps you’re interested in using your major to live and serve globally?
That’s where GoCorps comes in! GoCorps is an organization that specializes in helping globally interested Christians invest the first two years of their careers overseas. GoCorps’ unique model is a partnership of several Christian organizations that cooperatively list their 150-plus post-graduate positions.
Want to learn more? George Fox alumna Maggi Inglesby (‘21, Nursing) will be on campus today (Tuesday) and tomorrow to share about her experience using her degree through GoCorps’ medical track. Join her for an info session today at 5 p.m. in EHS 102. To help us get a feel for how many to expect, please RSVP here.
Or, if you’re not able to come to the info meeting, another option would be to meet with Maggi individually. She’ll even buy the coffee! You can text her at the number provided on the RSVP page.
This program allows you to use your degree and get global experience while making a difference engaged in a long-term project. All positions last for two years, and all give you access to pay down your student loans by $5,000-plus while you serve! This is a great option for those who want to explore living overseas as your first step after graduation.
