Join the 2024 Spring Faith into Action challenge

Tuesday, January 16th, 2024

To add some collaborative fun and encourage our campus to set aside the extra time and energy it takes to get involved in service, the Office for Spiritual Life invites you to join the 2024 Spring Faith into Action challenge!

To participate, simply serve with passion alongside your residential living area or commuter group:

  • Brandt and Edwards halls
  • Houses and apartments
  • Le Shana and Gulley halls
  • Pennington Hall
  • Newlin Hall
  • Commuters

Between Martin Luther King Jr. Day and the end of spring break on March 31, the residential living area or commuter group of participants that collectively logs and validates the highest average of community service hours on the Helper-Helper app will earn a $500 prize party for your living area, plus five (Bauman) chapel credits for all participants.

If there are other community service opportunities that you would like to see added to the Helper-Helper app, or if you would like to reach out to your 2023 Serve Day site to serve there again, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email to serveday@georgefox.edu or you can DM us on Instagram @GFUSpiL.

We truly are blessed to be a blessing. We hope you have fun, enjoy a semester of serving with passion, and share the Be Known promise beyond our campus borders!
