Get your heart pumping! Providence Basecamp is offering a 52-week inspirational series to help you get your heart pumping and your muscles working.

Join Christine Rosencrance, an ACE-certified personal trainer, for her “Movement Monday” series, where each Monday you receive an email that contains a video-based workout. Christine has more than a decade of experience in group fitness classes and helping people of all ages and abilities.
