Free course covers Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
Do you find yourself constantly worrying about the future, stuck in the past, or on “auto-pilot”? Mindfulness is about paying attention and cultivating an awareness of your thoughts, actions and motivations.
This month and next, Providence Basecamp is offering a free four-week series that runs Monday, Aug. 22, through Monday, Sept. 19. Sessions will introduce the basic tools of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
