DPT students need your help with deadlifting research study

A group of doctor of physical therapy students is conducting a research study that looks at how the nervous system controls asymmetry while deadlifting. We are currently seeking participants for it.

During the study, scheduled in the Medical Sciences Building (448 Werth Blvd.) between 2:40 and 5:30 p.m. this Wednesday, April 13, you’ll just need to complete 10 deadlifts. We won’t take up more than 30 minutes of your time!

This is a great experience to get into and explore the university’s new biomechanics lab as well as understand a little bit about what research in the PT field looks like.

If interested in participating, please enter your name on this Google Sheet. If you have any questions, or are interested in participating on another day, please contact Cassie Allen at allenc20@georgefox.edu.
