Take student health survey to earn chapel credit
Wednesday you received an invitation to participate in the National College Health Assessment, a survey we use every three to four years to assess student health behaviors in order to provide better services.
As an incentive to participate:
- All students completing the survey will be credited for one chapel credit.
- Twenty-five students will be randomly selected by ACHA to receive $10 Amazon gift cards.
Look for the email titled “National College Health Assessment” and take the survey today! All information is completely confidential.
