Steps for Success: The physical benefits of walking

Welcome to the first full week of Steps for Success from Wellness Wednesdays! We hope you are enjoying the walks and sunshine. This week we will focus on the physical benefits of walking. Don’t forget to keep track of your steps or walking time, stay hydrated, and treat your feet right.

Stay motivated and take photos of yourself walking to have a chance to be included in the end-of-event summary collection. Next week we will find out more about the impact of walking on your mental well-being. Stay tuned!

Also next week, Steps for Success is hosting a couple of mini walking events on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 13-14, at noon. You can sign up here. Please note: We only have openings for 15 people per day, so this will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be a surprise awaiting for those who sign up!
