Donate to blood drive on April 10

Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood. All blood types and Power Red donors are urged to give now to prevent delays in medical care for patients in need.

Be a hero and donate on Friday, April 10, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Abby’s Pizza. If you are interested in signing up for a time slot, there are four ways to do so:

  • Swing by our table in Canyon Commons on Monday, March 30, and Tuesday, March 31, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., as well as outside of the Bruin Den on Wednesday, April 1, and Thursday, April 2, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. to sign up for a time to donate.
  • Click here. 
  • Go to redcrossblood.org and enter sponsor code “GeorgeFox”
  • Call 1-800-RED-CROSS

In appreciation for your donation, you will get $5 off a giant-size Abby’s pizza and a “Free Humankind” T-shirt!
