Donate these items to The Closet Project
The Bruin Store launched The Closet Project last month. While we were expecting under 100 students to come shop during our three-hour event, we served more than 275 students and sold more than 380 articles of clothing!
The excitement and interest of the students was wonderful, and has now resulted in specific sizing and alteration requests. Do you have any of the below items that you would be willing to donate?
- Women’s black dress pants in sizes four to eight
- Men’s jackets, dress shirts or polos in sizes 2XL-4XL in all colors
- Men’s dress shoes in sizes eight to eleven
- Women’s blazers in sizes small, medium, or extra-large
- Women’s dresses in sizes extra-small to medium
- Women’s nice shirts and blouses in sizes extra-small to large
- Dark denim (in good condition) in any size
- The ability to sew a button for a student with an interview coming up
