Watch screening of ‘An American Ascent’ Friday
Join us at 6 p.m. this Friday, Feb. 7, at the Intercultural Resource Center for a screening of the award-winning film An American Ascent.Â
The film follows the first African-American expedition to tackle North America’s highest peak, Denali. Through the expedition, these mountaineers challenge themselves and confront outdated notions of what adventure looks like.
