Two religious studies courses focus on worship, learning

This semester, Paul Anderson (Religious Studies) will conduct two classes on the basis of a Quaker approach to spirituality. Any students desiring a deeply spiritual learning adventure are invited to join him and others in either or both of these classes: RELI 260 (History and Doctrine of Friends, M-W-F, 8:40-9:30 a.m. Hoover 207) and RELI 350 (Spiritual Formation, Tuesday/Thursday, 2:45-4 p.m., Hoover 207).

Both classes will be conducted as a meeting for worship in which learning is welcomed, with instructor and students alike joining together as “humble learners in the school of Christ,” according to Anderson.
