Benefit enrollment forms due in HR by 5 p.m. Monday, March 16

Monday, March 16, is the deadline for turning in your Benefit Enrollment forms, and there are many still out. Please bring your forms to HR by 5 p.m. Or, you may fax them to 503-554-2186 or scan and e-mail them to lburton@georgefox.edu.

All forms that you may need are on the university’s benefits Web page.
