NEWBERG, Ore. – A VP and chief innovation officer will bring inspirational leadership strategies designed to encourage personal and professional growth and transformation at the next George Fox College of Business Leadership Symposium.

Mohan Nair, VP and chief innovation officer at Cambia Health Solutions, will give a free presentation, titled “Transform You, Transform Business,” from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, in Room 105 of the university’s Hoover Academic Building. The public is invited, and seating is on a first-come, first served basis.

Nair has been recognized by Forbes as a pioneer in cultural transformation of organizations using innovation as the catalyst. His prior roles include serving as chief marketing executive and executive VP for Regence Group and as an adjunct professor of business at Kellogg School of Management. He is currently chair emeritus of the Oregon Alliance of Independent Colleges and fellow advisor at George Fox University, as well as a board member at the National College of Natural Medicine.

His most recent book, Strategic Business Transformation: The 7 Deadly Sins to Avoid, brought 20 years of research and introspection into focus. It discusses personal transformation, cause-driven servant leadership with the business, and market aspects of business transformation. Nair has also given a TEDx talk, which outlines his business transformation philosophy.
