Set personal preferences for EBSCO databases

In order to optimize your experience using EBSCOHost databases, you can set Preferences that control how information is displayed on the screen.

Select “Preferences” in the top navigation to customize features such as:

  • Autocomplete terms you enter in the Search fields (on/off)
  • Format of article records in a list of search results (Standard, Title Only, etc.)
  • Number of results shown per page (5-50)
  • Citation format for exporting (AMA, APA, Chicago/Turabian, MLA, etc.)

Sign in to your free EBSCO account before setting Preferences and the database will remember them for next time!

This is a simple way to save time and improve your searching experience.
