There\u2019s still time to sign up for Miles for Meals! This wellness challenge starts Oct. 1<\/strong>, aiming to promote food security in our community while encouraging everyone to stay active.<\/p>\n

We are challenging faculty and staff to collectively cover 5,000 miles over the first three weeks of October. You can participate as an individual or form a team of up to five members.<\/p>\n

Consider donating food or money (see preferred donations here<\/strong><\/a>) to the Bruin Community Pantry. You\u2019ll be contributing to a great cause that serves over 5,000 students and residents each year.<\/p>\n

Providence has provided a simple tool<\/a><\/strong> to track your activities. You can do all forms of activity to go that extra mile.<\/p>\n

Weekly prizes include two $50 Fred Meyer gift cards, and the team with the highest average mileage will win $150 Fred Meyer gift cards for each member.<\/p>\n

When we reach our goal, local businesses will donate to the pantry, amplifying our impact!<\/p>\n
