Here are this week\u2019s five bite-sized, cost-free ideas for you to try:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create some art or doodle for a bit. Check out this <a href=\"https:\/\/psychcentral.com\/anxiety\/art-therapy-for-anxiety-relief\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>article<\/strong><\/a> from PsychCentral to learn more.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practice positive affirmations. For a moment, try ignoring the things about yourself that you want to change or the ones you\u2019re not happy with, and focus on what is great about you. Check out this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/health\/mind\/positive-affirmations\/#:~:text=Start%20your%20short%20positive%20affirmation,re%20stressed%20or%20need%20motivation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>article<\/strong><\/a> for more info.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Watch a funny movie or TV show. Laughter has been known to improve your mental state! This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/healthy-lifestyle\/stress-management\/in-depth\/stress-relief\/art-20044456\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>article<\/strong><\/a> from the Mayo clinic helps explain it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spend time with pets. These can be yours or someone else\u2019s.
