Midterm grades provide an accurate picture of students’ academic progress so far this semester. Please be sure to enter midterm grades between Feb. 24<\/strong> and 28<\/strong>, 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The last day to withdraw from a class in which a student may be struggling without a graded responsibility is Sunday<\/strong>, March 17<\/strong>. If they choose to withdraw from a class, their transcript will show a \u201cW.\u201d If they do not withdraw and receive an F in the course, their GPA will suffer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let students know to check their grades in Canvas; they must log in to the Dashboard. On the right-hand side of the screen is a button titled \u201cVIEW GRADES.\u201d Here is a link<\/a><\/strong> to the Canvas Dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Encourage students who received a D or an F on their midterms to contact their CAP coach as soon as possible to discuss the consequences of withdrawing from a class. If a student withdraws from a class, they should also contact their CAP coach<\/a><\/strong> to discuss their class schedule for future semesters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
