It brings awareness to early warning signs before an injury happens. The training provides coaching on ways to re-energize, increase strength, and improve physical technique.<\/p>\n<p>Training is provided by Aga Kasprzyk, director of employee benefits and well-being, and Kim Knoernschild, our environmental health and safety specialist.
