We are excited to host author Kaitlyn Schiess in chapel this Thursday, Feb. 1<\/strong>, at 10:50 a.m.<\/strong> in Bauman Auditorium. Her sermon will be based on her most recent book, The Ballot and the Bible: How Scripture Has Been Used and Abused in American Politics and Where We Go from Here<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

All are welcome as we explore what it means to follow Christ in this upcoming election season.<\/p>\n

Employees and students are also invited to a complimentary lunch following Kaitlyn\u2019s chapel address, hosted by the Cultural Enterprise and the Department of History and Politics. Join us at noon<\/strong> that Thursday in Canyon Commons 103.<\/p>\n

During lunch, Kaitlyn will speak on the topic of the Bible and the American presidency. Guests are invited to go through the cafeteria line and join us for the talk, which will begin shortly after noon.<\/p>\n
