What if you were told these are all ways you can get your steps in for the &#8220;Step into 2024 Wellness Challenge?&#8221; But wait, there\u2019s more!<\/p>\n<p>If walking in the rain isn&#8217;t your thing, we\u2019ve got good news for you! Join us this <strong>Friday, Jan. 12<\/strong>, anytime between <strong>11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.<\/strong> at the Hadlock Student Center and we&#8217;ll introduce alternative ways to get your steps!<\/p>\n<p>Get a guided tour of Hadlock and learn about the classes offered. Take part in some pickleball, walking the track, or even rock climbing. You can even join a 15-minute sample spin class at 1 p.m. On top of that, a light lunch will be served.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll also get a chance to earn raffle tickets for some fun prizes during the event &#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One ticket for just showing up<\/li>\n<li>One ticket if your whole team shows up together<\/li>\n<li>One ticket for trying out an activity (sample spin class, pickleball, walking the track, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>One ticket if you fill out a liability waiver for the first time<\/li>\n<li>One ticket if you sign up for a class<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And the best part about using Hadlock to help us get our steps in? It&#8217;s totally <strong>free<\/strong>! This is another great perk for administrators, staff and faculty who work at George Fox. Pretty amazing!<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not too late to join the challenge. We\u2019ll see you at Hadlock this Friday!<\/p>\n<p>Have questions?
