Trying to find a job? An internship? You will need to do an interview. Even if you already have a job or internship lined up, you will likely need to interview again in the future when you change jobs or are under review for a promotion.<\/p>\n

Just like weightlifting, public speaking or riding a bike, interviewing is a skill, and the best way to get better at interviewing is to practice interviewing!<\/p>\n

To help you get this practice, the Financial Planning Club is hosting a simulated mock-interview night in Canyon Commons in January. It will be open to accounting, personal finance, finance, and economics majors. More information about this event will be released in December and January.<\/p>\n

To help you prepare, the club will be hosting an interview prep night at 7 p.m. this Thursday, Nov. 30, in Hoover 210<\/strong>. We will provide tips and secrets about resumes, LinkedIn, and interviewing strategies. Joining us will be seniors who have had internships and secured full-time positions after graduation to answer questions and help others.<\/p>\n
