Get ready to embrace the spirit of trick or treating with our “Well-being Boo Bash” employee adventure, brought to you by the George Fox University Wellness Committee!<\/p>\n

We’re taking the excitement of the season and adding a dash of well-being to create an unforgettable experience. Administrative assistants, please sign up your department today at this link<\/strong><\/a>, and do so by Wednesday, Oct. 18<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

After your department has been signed up, everyone interested in your department who wishes to participate in the bingo game should fill it out between Oct. 23-27. Finally, all bingo game participants will submit their cards to enter a raffle for prizes.<\/p>\n

Here are the details:<\/p>\n

When<\/strong>: Oct. 23-27<\/p>\n

Objective<\/strong>: Discover how each department contributes to individual well-being and meet other employees in their offices as you earn sweet treats and spread the spirit of fun and connection!<\/p>\n

Get your walking steps in as you make your way around the Newberg campus and Medical Science Building (previously Werth Building) all week, and the Portland Center on Thursday.<\/p>\n

The Game<\/strong>: We will use a bingo card with a delicious twist. Each bingo card square represents a department committed to participating in the game. The College of Business will have (plastic) axe-throwing for stress relief, and biology will have a community art project you can join as examples.<\/p>\n

Think of your own unique well-being tradition or tip to share with the community. The bingo cards will be released in The Daily Bruin<\/em> on Monday, Oct. 23<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Magic Line<\/strong>: On the far-right column, there’s a magic line. Completing this line by visiting specific, physically distanced departments will earn you a double entry into the prize drawing.<\/p>\n

Portland Center Spotlight<\/strong>: The Portland Center will be best to visit on Thursday.<\/p>\n

Prize Bonanza<\/strong>: At the end of the adventure, we’re holding a grand prize drawing for all participants. The more lines you complete, the more chances you have to win fantastic prizes that will make you smile with delight!<\/p>\n

Early Bird Treats<\/strong>: Be among the first 10 departments to sign up for “Well-being Boo Bash,” and you’ll receive a $30 allowance for treats to make your department’s station even more exciting and enticing! Sign up today here<\/strong><\/a>, and please sign up by Wednesday, Oct. 18<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
