Being dehydrated can impact all areas of your body. Studies show that mild dehydration can impair many aspects of brain function, including regulating your mood and concentration. It can even alter your body temperature control, reduce your motivation, and cause an increase in fatigue.<\/p>\n<p>To stay healthy and hydrated this week (July 10-16), we challenge you to drink at least 90 ounces of water per day. Break out your favorite water bottle and join in! Here\u2019s a breakdown of how many water bottles per day you need to drink based on common water bottle sizes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12 oz = 7 \u00bd water bottles per day<\/li>\n<li>16 oz = approx. 5 \u00bd water bottles per day<\/li>\n<li>18 oz = 5 water bottles per day<\/li>\n<li>20 oz = 4 \u00bd water bottles per day<\/li>\n<li>24 oz = approx. 4 water bottles per day<\/li>\n<li>32 oz =approx. 3 water bottles per day<\/li>\n<li>40 oz = approx. 2 \u00bd water bottles per day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fill out <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1swizfnWN1HZx6UgR7RavFkhF9uEOwEcEtM8MRsedtuI\/edit?usp=sharing\"><strong>this Google Sheet<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with your name and email, and as you drink water throughout each day, make note of how many bottles you consumed on the spreadsheet.
