It may not be something urgent, but you know God\u2019s voice has been softly whispering it to you, maybe for months.<\/p>\n<p>It may be the Spirit is asking you to write a sympathy note to someone, send someone flowers, make a dessert for the new neighbor, babysit for a friend, or call a family member. Or it may be obedience to a larger calling, hearing the word of God and acting on it.<\/p>\n<p>Obedience is aligning our will to God&#8217;s will, doing what God has asked of us. When we completely surrender to Christ\u2019s authority and base our decisions and our actions on God\u2019s Word we are acting in obedience.
