Greetings, George Fox! As we strive to live out our Christian values, we are excited to kick off a week-long Kindness Challenge (June 5-11<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Inspired by the words of Ephesians 4:32, which states, “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you,” we invite you to participate in small acts of kindness toward your colleagues, students and community.<\/p>\n

Participation in the Kindness Challenge is voluntary. If you participate, we encourage you to print out or save the game board,<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0which lists a variety of kindness activities.<\/p>\n

How you participate is up to you. You can choose to complete all the activities in one row, column or diagonal at some point during the week, or you can use a random dice generator<\/strong><\/a> to determine a row (first die) and column number (second die) to randomly pick an activity\/challenge for that day.<\/p>\n

For those who really wish to challenge themselves, try to complete as many activities as possible across the week.<\/p>\n

At the end of the week, you’ll have the option of filling out a response form to enter a drawing for a gift. We’d love it if you choose to take a picture, or do a very short video, of any of your favorite challenge activities this week. We’ll provide a space for you to share those (if you want to) in the response form.<\/p>\n

Kindness is a gift everyone can afford! Let’s spread positivity and make a difference together!<\/p>\n
