Newberg is expecting temperatures to remain in the low 90s, with up to 53% humidity, through Wednesday evening. Please take extra precautions in accordance with George Fox’s high-temperature prevention plan.<\/p>\n

If you work in a building with limited or no air conditioning, we invite you to utilize spaces such as the Murdock Library, EHS atrium, or inside Klages to work. Because temperatures increased so rapidly, our bodies are not acclimated, so please drink plenty of water, work or stay in the shade during the highest heat of the day, and be aware of symptoms of heat exhaustion or heat stroke.<\/p>\n
