In the Office of Student Life, we are continually evaluating ways in which we can better serve and address the needs of students. We seek ways to help students maintain their mental health and well-being while at George Fox.<\/p>\n

We are asking you to take a few moments to complete this anonymous survey<\/strong><\/a> that will provide us with more information about individual mental health needs, experiences with current mental health services, and preferences for the mental health services offered on campus.<\/p>\n

The survey results will be used to inform the development of potential new mental health programs and services tailored to meet the needs of individuals in our community.<\/p>\n

After completing the survey, you will have the opportunity to be entered in a drawing to win one of four $25 Amazon gift cards. If you have any questions or would like to provide further information, please email Sharia Hays to schedule an appointment. Thank you for your time and insight.<\/p>\n

This survey is an active collaboration between Sharia Hays, EdD, dean of student care and operations, and the university\u2019s PsyD consult, education and program evaluation II team; Joel Davies, MA; Dennis Kurtz, MA; Liberty Lillibridge, MA; and Hunter Schow, MA.<\/p>\n
