Our topic is looking at the prevalence of pelvic floor dysfunction and anxiety in college students.<\/p>\n<p>We would appreciate it if you could take just 10 to 15 minutes to fill out our survey to help us collect data for our study. We will need to record participant names in this <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/nyNA5VGggvjvrc1p7\"><strong>informed consent form<\/strong><\/a>, but once you actually take the survey it will be completely anonymous. Anyone can participate, regardless if you know what pelvic floor dysfunction is or if you think you experience it.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to participate, please read and sign the informed consent form. Once you have done that, you will receive an email with the link to the actual survey.
