Hello! We are a group of students conducting research on the correlation between various concussion symptoms and mental health among athletes. We are asking student-athletes to complete a brief five- to 10-minute survey<\/a><\/strong> regarding concussions.<\/p>\n

The only criteria is that you be a current student-athlete, between the ages of 18 and 24, and have sustained a concussion at some point in your life. If you currently have a concussion, please wait to complete the survey until you have been cleared to return to play.<\/p>\n

Please feel free to share this survey with other student-athletes outside of George Fox.<\/p>\n

Participation in this survey is completely voluntary and anonymous. Any questions or concerns can be directed to Maddie O’Hare at mohare18@georgefox.edu<\/a> or Franklin Leonard at fleonard18@georgefox.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n
