The survey, which is part of a dissertation study, focuses on what people know about mental health conditions, resources and treatments.<\/p>\n<p>The survey is estimated to take about 20 to 30 minutes. At the end of the survey, there will be an option to enter a raffle to win one of four $25 Amazon gift cards.
