Our study is examining the effects of caffeine on muscle recovery after an aerobic workout.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will be asked to complete two 15- to 20-minute workouts on an elliptical (each a week apart) in the Hadlock Student Center, where you&#8217;ll drink either water or caffeine beforehand, then fill out a short muscle soreness survey for the four days following each workout.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to take part in our study, start out with filling out <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSeYReoWIQ6IP2W5kTFt5EoONz3WdLv1gjOzfsy3wj5fBEOnnA\/viewform?usp=sf_link\">this survey<\/a><\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions, contact either Sadie Wilson (<a href=\"mailto:sadiew18@georgefox.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sadiew18@georgefox.edu<\/a>), or Mason Demaris (<a href=\"mailto:mdemaris18@georgefox.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mdemaris18@georgefox.edu<\/a>).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are kinesiology students looking for participants to take part in our senior research project.
