The Newberg campus has both large water meters with bypass valves and large water meters without bypass valves. Buildings being serviced by meters without bypass valves will experience a disruption in water service during testing times.<\/p>\n<p>Locations of large water meters <strong>with<\/strong> bypass valves (that should not experience disruption in water service):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Roberts Center meter<\/li>\n<li>Wood-Mar meter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Locations of water meters <strong>without<\/strong> bypasses:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ross meter (testing scheduled for 8:30 a.m.)<\/li>\n<li>Wheeler meter (testing scheduled for 10:30 a.m.)<\/li>\n<li>Hobson \/ Macy \/ Sutton meter (testing scheduled for 1:30 p.m.)<\/li>\n<li>George Fox irrigation meter, located near Wood-Mar (no testing schedule provided)<\/li>\n<li>Morse Field meter (no testing schedule provided)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The city has stated that the testing should take about 30 minutes per meter. During that time the water may be off completely, unless it has a bypass valve.
