The Find Your Fit employee health and fitness program will help you do both!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our program utilizes health and fitness assessments to design an individualized exercise prescription for you to reach your health and fitness goals. This program is free to George Fox employees and their spouses!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to limited availability, we can only accept the first 60 people this summer.
