We hope you are enjoying the walks and sunshine. This week we will focus on the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/14RDYpvvIxpJ-BeD_N7N2iciWTbPibFb8\/view?usp=sharing\">physical benefits of walking<\/a><\/strong>. Don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t forget to keep track of your steps or walking time, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.heart.org\/en\/healthy-living\/fitness\/fitness-basics\/staying-hydrated-staying-healthy\">stay hydrated<\/a><\/strong>, and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.heart.org\/en\/healthy-living\/fitness\/fitness-basics\/treat-your-feet-right\">treat your feet right<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.heart.org\/en\/healthy-living\/fitness\/staying-motivated\">Stay motivated<\/a><\/strong> and take photos of yourself walking to have a chance to be included in the end-of-event summary collection. Next week we will find out more about the impact of walking on your mental well-being. Stay tuned!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also next week, Steps for Success is hosting a couple of mini walking events on <strong>Tuesday and Wednesday<\/strong>, <strong>April 13-14<\/strong>, at <strong>noon<\/strong>. You can sign up <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/18wmEQRTv9qbd-h0DXxDIbSqJpsWgaamBGQdwKuBGpjk\/edit?usp=sharing\">here<\/a><\/strong>. Please note: We only have openings for 15 people per day, so this will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
