The study will be taking place <b>Monday and Wednesday afternoons through April 28 <\/b>(note updated days) in the Roberts Center.<\/p>\n<p>Appointments are available for one-hour time slots between <strong>3:30 and 6 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In order to qualify for this study, you must:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be 60-90 years old<\/li>\n<li>Live independently or in an assisted living facility<\/li>\n<li>Be able to walk without the help of another person<\/li>\n<li>Pass a mental status exam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In order to qualify for this study, you must not:<\/p>\n<ul id=\"block-7d2acf36-70c8-4620-b84e-a3c86acd459b\">\n<li>Have been diagnosed with a neurological condition<\/li>\n<li>Have a current illness or health issues that would make performing physical activities unsafe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you qualify for this study, you may be asked to come to campus, where you will be asked to perform a physical performance test both in a lab setting and a telehealth setting.<\/p>\n<p>Cameras will record the movement of markers that will be placed on your body, and force plates in the ground will record your foot contact during the sit-to-stand activity in the lab. Your performance during the telehealth activities will be recorded.<\/p>\n<p>The testing session will last approximately one hour.
