If you know of anyone in this age range who might be interested, let us know!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to qualify for this study, participants must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Be 60-90 years old, live independently or in an assisted living facility<\/li><li>Able to walk without the help of another person<\/li><li>Pass a mental status exam.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants must not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Have been diagnosed with a neurological condition<\/li><li>Have a current illness or health issues that would make performing physical activities unsafe<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants will be asked to attend one test session lasting about one hour during which they will be asked to perform a physical performance test both in a lab and telehealth setting. Cameras will record the movement of markers that will be placed on your body, and force plates in the ground will record your foot contact during the sit-to-stand activity in the lab.
