The classes are led by Robyn Angelis with the purpose of helping to release anxiety and to refocus the mind and body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The classes consist of stretching, calm breathing, thanksgiving, and prayers. Please consider joining a class by registering on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/restorativeyogaHSCsp21\">IM Leagues.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questions?
