Are you wondering how to encourage student ownership and accessibility in regards to demonstrating knowledge?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faculty members are invited to join Maranda Turner, assistant professor of education, via\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/georgefox.zoom.us\/j\/96977888565\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Zoom<\/strong><\/a>\u00c2\u00a0tomorrow (<strong>Tuesday<\/strong>) from\u00c2\u00a0<strong>3 to 4 p.m.<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0for a session on \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Embracing Student Choice in Assignments.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This hour-long conversation, sponsored by Disability and Accessibility Services, will provide a short description of the benefits of implementing student choice and will unpack small steps that allow for increased student accessibility. It will also include a group conversation about how to balance the power of student choice with the demands of feedback and grading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questions?
