To help, the Social Work Club has created a space to relax, rest and care for our mental health. Self-Care Night will take place on <strong>Friday, Nov. 13 from 6 to 9 p.m. in Hoover 105<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This event is open to all and will feature snacks, coloring, mindfulness activities, encouragement, and community. Pajamas and comfy clothes are encouraged. We look forward to seeing you there!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questions?
