{"id":73391,"date":"2020-11-01T12:33:00","date_gmt":"2020-11-01T20:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.georgefox.edu\/ennounce\/?p=73391"},"modified":"2020-10-30T12:36:43","modified_gmt":"2020-10-30T20:36:43","slug":"be-aware-of-ohas-updated-face-covering-guidelines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.georgefox.edu\/ennounce\/2020\/11\/01\/be-aware-of-ohas-updated-face-covering-guidelines\/","title":{"rendered":"Be aware of OHA&#8217;s updated face-covering guidelines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Oregon Health Authority recently updated its <a href=\"https:\/\/sharedsystems.dhsoha.state.or.us\/DHSForms\/Served\/le2288K.pdf\">face-covering guidelines<\/a> (Oct. 19, 2020):<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Masks, face coverings or face shields are required at all times for employees, contractors and volunteers in public and private workplaces, including hallways, bathrooms, classrooms, elevators, lobbies, break rooms, meeting rooms and other common and shared spaces, unless employees, contractors or volunteers are at a private, individual workspace not shared with other people.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00c2\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Key changes include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Face coverings are now required in all conference rooms.<\/li>\n<li>Mesh masks, lace masks, and masks with valves for exhalation are prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>Face coverings with openings, holes, gaps, or vents are prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">We appreciate your compliance with these guidelines as we work together to keep one another healthy.
