Thank you for your continued interest in our Wellness Wednesday topics. Today we invite you to participate in a 30-Day November Challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is the 30-Day November Challenge?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This challenge promotes healthy lifestyle changes. Complete 30 minutes of planned physical activity and 30 minutes of other wellness activities three to four times a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other activities may include stretching, yoga, prayer, unplugged quality time, decluttering and organizing your space, doing something you enjoy, making a healthy meal, improving your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sleepfoundation.org\/articles\/sleep-hygiene\">sleep hygiene<\/a>, getting a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jenreviews.com\/foot-massage\/\">foot massage<\/a>, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doing something nice for your body promotes more positive self-talk, which makes you feel better holistically. A bonus is that self-care is accessible and not a major time commitment for our busy days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How does it work?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Log in your hours and basic information about your activities on your <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1yCnpg5UT8ZChNyTYNTQqAMoznyoHaeRB\/view?usp=sharing\">calendar<\/a> or this <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSc0YCoxmPW3miv1A8y3aaP9CWfAGzJUyBsqnjNXJ0xC_hVNsg\/closedform\">Google Form<\/a> from <strong>Nov. 1 to Nov. 30<\/strong> and submit it by <strong>Dec. 4<\/strong> for a prize draw. Depending on participation, we plan to have several prizes. Emotional eating is a complex term and can be a real challenge for some of us. Not every solution or advice may work for everyone. Therefore, we would like to provide you with more resources today, especially if you feel that you might be struggling in that area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need assistance with a possible eating disorder, please contact your healthcare provider.
