Are you interested in woodworking? 3D printing? Sewing? Electronics? Welding? T-shirt making? And more? Did you know that the Maker Hub is available to all George Fox students (not just engineers!)?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Maker Hub is officially open to the whole campus community, and we are welcoming all students to get involved, learn new skills, and stretch their creative muscles. Prerequisites for using the space include passing a few FoxTALE quizzes and getting familiar with our Maker Hub Wiki<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for “student aces” in the Maker Hub this semester. An \u00e2\u20ac\u0153ace\u00e2\u20ac\u009d is simply a volunteer who learns\/knows a piece of equipment really well and is able to help train other students on it. Ace positions come with the benefits of extended shop access and learning new skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
