The City of Newberg will be changing out a water meter today (Wednesday<\/strong>). The water will be shut off from 8 to 10 a.m.<\/strong> at 216 Carlton Way. The city was unsure which buildings would be affected, but the affected buildings could include Weesner Village, Beebe Hall, Carey Hall and Willcuts Hall, as well as the Prayer Chapel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
