Want to help out two students with their senior seminar projects? Then we have a study for you! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We need volunteers to participate in a study that relates the time of day exercise is performed to sleep quality. Participants of all fitness levels may choose two days of the week to exercise in the morning hours, rest a day, and then work out two days in the evening hours. They will then track their sleep with an app. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All communication is done through email and participants can choose their type of exercise based off the heart rate requirements.
