If you are interested in counseling and struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, or relationship difficulties, the George Fox Health and Counseling Center is offering a therapy group on Thursdays<\/strong> from 1 to 2:30 p.m. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Group therapy has proven to be one of the most effective and beneficial treatments for many students to address common issues. There is not a specific topic for each group session. Group members are welcome to bring any issue to the group, give and receive support and feedback from their peers, and work with reactions and responses to better understand themselves and others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
