The better you can help students apply their dominant talents, the greater will be their potential to consistently act with confidence, direction and hope. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Join us for a faculty advising workshop from <strong>4:15 to 5:15 p.m.<\/strong> on <strong>Thursday, Feb. 20<\/strong>, in Stevens 109. Sign up <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdkjXtxkyTYWTp5_bXXupTVX0PUMKNzeAgT0ItQxY7Sy9vhng\/viewform\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this workshop, you will explore your signature themes, discover how you use your strengths to manage the things you are responsible for each day, and embrace what motivates or energizes you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will learn coaching conversations to engage students in identifying and embracing their strengths and practice some strengths activities you can use in the classroom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wendy Flint <\/strong>is certified in strengths coaching and strengths-based teaching.
