But it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s four weeks into the semester and several students are crumbling in front of your eyes \u00e2\u20ac\u201c and all you did was ask them to write a one-page reaction paper. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come to this faculty development session today (<strong>Wednesday<\/strong>) from <strong>3 to 5 p.m. <\/strong>in Stevens 109 to learn why students are so overwhelmed, anxious and fragile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153worried well\u00e2\u20ac\u009d to the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153seriously swamped\u00e2\u20ac\u009d to the &#8220;clinically anxious,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll discuss how we got here and how you as faculty can ensure your students are learning what they need to learn while mentoring them in ways that fulfill the &#8220;Be Known&#8221; promise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questions?
